木姐诈骗公司和赌场被军警要求上交更多保护费

#木姐 仅存的86家网络诈骗和92家赌博场所业主被召见，警方增收保护费后允许继续营业

在中缅边境的木姐市，双哨、广木累、工业区、明加拉木姐、浩纳、广瑙 等街区的86家网络诈骗和92家赌博场所的业主被木姐市警局局长、副局长奈育山及相关警官召见，增收保护费后继续允许其营业。

小型赌场（容纳15人）需缴纳保护费650万缅币，大型赌场（容纳25人以上）需缴纳1500万缅币。而现在，容纳25人以上的赌场保护费调整为1000万缅币，容纳50人以上的赌场保护费调整为2500万缅币。

负责经营网络诈骗的每位中国籍技术员还需每月额外缴纳3000元人民币（约200万缅币）。

#Muse, Myanmar – The operators of the last remaining 86 scam companies and 92 casinos in the city have been summoned by the local police department, with operations allowed to continue only after paying increased protection fees.

In Muse, a city on the Myanmar-China border, operators of 86 online scam companies and 92 casinos located in neighborhoods such as Shwesaung, Gwan Moke Lay, Industrial Zone, Mingalar Muse, Ho Na, and Gwan Na were summoned by the Muse Police Chief, Deputy Chief Nai Yu San, and other relevant officers. The businesses were informed they must pay higher protection fees to continue operations.

Small casinos accommodating up to 15 people were previously required to pay 6.5 million kyat in protection fees, while larger casinos hosting more than 25 people paid 15 million kyat. The new fee structure now requires casinos accommodating over 25 people to pay 10 million kyat, and those with over 50 people to pay 25 million kyat.

Additionally, each Chinese technician involved in operating online scams must pay an extra monthly fee of 3,000 RMB (approximately 2 million kyat).
